Since its inception in 2021, Mr. Rivas acts as Director of the Opera Studio at the Instituto de Música de Coahuila
(Coahuila's Institute of Music) in his hometown of Torreón
With the participation of 20 local singers, he produced, directed and started in
La bohème in 2021 and Tosca in 2022
